Exit policy — the contract is the contract, with two safety valves

The 12-month commitment is real because the work compounds at Months 6–12. Letting you walk at Month 4 means leaving just as the asset library starts earning — unfair to you, not just to me. Two paths exist for genuine situations:

  • 60-day pause for life events (cash flow gap, family emergency, clinic closure for renovations). You keep paying the monthly fee, I pause active work, you resume when ready. Up to 4 months of pause per contract year.
  • 50% kill fee on remaining months for genuine emergencies (clinic closure, business sale, owner medical crisis). Example: exit at Month 4 with 8 months left = $1,500 × 8 × 50% = $6,000 to walk free of the contract.

What I never do: free walk-aways. The contract is the contract, and these mechanisms exist for the messy middle. If 12 months isn’t commitment you can make — I’m not the right fit, and that’s a real answer not a nudge.

What I guarantee — and what I won’t

I sell commitments and leading indicators, not outcomes. Anyone who promises a specific ranking or traffic number is naive or lying.

  • Contractual guarantees (miss = pro-rata refund): 8 articles published per month, monthly report by the 7th, GBP posts weekly, every article passes my quality gate before publish, email reply within 24h weekdays, review responses within 48h. Miss any of these in a billing month and I refund 1/12th of the year’s fee — pro-rata, automatic, no argument.
  • Leading indicators (I influence, I don’t guarantee): indexed page count, GBP completeness, schema coverage, GBP impressions, review volume lift. Tracked in every monthly report.
  • Outcomes (never guaranteed, always shown as range): clinics like yours typically see 40–80% organic traffic growth in Year 1; inquiry volume typically rises 2–5×; first meaningful ranking movement at Months 4–6; compounding effects at Months 9–12. I don’t refund on outcomes — Google’s algorithm and your in-person consultation are out of my control.
